This painting was painted for the documentary The Unseen Realm about the book by the same name by Michael Heiser.
Faith Life from Oregon filmed me at the studio creating the beginning layers and first colors on the gold leaf. The battle at the cross is depicted in the lower part. Demons (the bulls of Bashan) are surrounding Jesus. But instead of demons you may see the golden crown of thorns. Satan thinks he has won. But in the heavens we see the return of the King  approaching on a white horse. He is crowned King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
